"Political expression deserves the highest level of protection and it was unacceptable for the state to suddenly shut down protesters' speech and forcibly oust them from Legislative Plaza that has long been used as a place for peaceful expression,"

Good luck wi' that.

It'll never last.

A Judge wants the Country to run as the framers of the US Constitution intended? Good luck wi' that indeed!

The US, right now, is run by "The Mob", not the mob. That is precisely the problem. And I know it's hard for you to see but the elites are working hard to conserve their power by trying to get folks to back the Tea Party which they can easily divert into political status quo and are working to try to undermine OWS. Establishment agendas are getting pushed in the media. Anti-establishment agendas get ridiculed.

Are you saying this because you're concerned for the judge, or are you advocating such a thing?

or are you advocating such a thing?

How in heck did you come to that conclusion? Of course I would be concerned for the well being of any judge who actually supports the Constitution.

They have a right to protest, as long as they do it peacefully.

Sure, but they do not have the right to loiter. Tea Party gets the required permits and liability insurance policies, so should ONOWS. Tea Party's assembles disband when the permit says to. Simple as that. Drugs and buttheads are not tolerated at Tea Party events, pity the same can't be said for ONOWS.

Question is this, under their state statutes, which booking facility are they required to take the protesters to? Or will the same judge be there the following night? There are ways around this, legally.
