As a tweet I read yesterday evening said - I can hardly wait to find out what Canadian scientists have been up to for the last 10 years.

Well, I swore I'd never be back, but Justin winning the election makes for a good exception.

Ten years of darkness lifted. Canada gets to be Canada again.

I shook his hand on the Saturday before the election and I knew then he'd be elected. Not because he shook my hand, I wish I had that kind of effect. No, it was that he shook my hand because the line up to get into the arena he was speaking at was so long that we didn't all fit. I was stuck outside with thousands more and he made the effort to go down the line to shake our hands. You know, strength in numbers.

Ok, enough cliches. I'm out of here.

Might not believe this but it's nice to see your name pop up again. Hope things are going well with you.
Anyway, so that's just ONE MORE good thing about the Liberal win (or especially, the Conservative loss).
