Sorry about the whole "waiting for post approval thing" but back when we were accepting new accounts openly, it was all bots. Back then, I set things up so that new users first 3 posts were moderated (to keep spammers from appearing to everyone) but now -- since I closed new user accounts -- I can't seem to find that option to get rid of that requirement.

Hopefully though, you should be good to go now, and welcome aboard.
