People wondered where the next US war will be, I think I have their answer, Mexico. Sept surprise perhaps to save his campaign from certain defeat? I mean what else has Obama done for Mexico's spiral into chaos, except sell thousands of high power rifles to the cartels?

I think that would make a lot of Americans uncomfortable. It's not like it's far away. People actually go to Mexico for holidays and, furthermore, it's near enough for guys in trucks or on motorbikes to get close enough to things that Americans don't want shot up or blown up. When you bomb people in South America they have to go a long way to get back at you (even crossing US controlled territory at the Canal). Mexico - well, we already see the damage that they can do near the border.

It would be to assist Mexican military insuring order is maintained. Can't have chaos of drug cartels running a country right next to the US, that would affect US security. We will be down there just a week or two, we all can believe Obama, right? Of course, this might have to delay the Peso being backed by silver, but just for a week or two!;)
