RNC threatens to boycott NBC, CNN over Clinton documentaries

"It's appalling to know executives at major networks like NBC and CNN who have donated to Democrats and Hillary Clinton have taken it upon themselves to be Hillary Clinton's campaign operatives," Priebus said in a statement. "I hope Americans will question the credibility of these networks and that NBC and CNN will reconsider their partisan actions and cancel these political ads masked as unbiased entertainment."/QUOTE]

If it's fair for Fox to stump ...

Hey, how about we make it so neither side can ... how about we make it so that all networks have to carry political ads without payment as a public service and how about we break up the media so that 6 companies can't infect every product they own with their own political activities and how about we make it that no private money can be spent on political issues and electioneering. What we have here is rich guys arguing over who gets to screw the little people - we don't get anything like the little people having a chance to get their say either way.

Personally I think it's time for the RNC to go away. It's been filling up with loons they are getting more and more extreme trying to keep the brand relevant. Hopefully in a few years they will simply implode. That will give a chance for the Democrats to split into two warring factions which are already showing up but are being kept in check because the Dems have a party to fight against. If the GOP imploded the Dems would be infighting within the year possibly tot he point of creating three parties from one.

I don't know about that Fluffy. The Democrat party is at least as bad as the GOP. I don't like either any more.

IMO every channel should be forced to carry all debates at the same time

Sure, I'm not a fan of either of them - but the Dems have set up their tents all over the old GOP camp ground. But the Dems wouldn’t last long if the GOP went away and that's the point. Talking about how bad the GOP are is the ONLY thing that keeps the Dems together.

There seems to be some implication here that Hilary Clinton is either liberal herself or favoured by those who are.

It should be stressed that neither could be further from the truth.

But elections tend to include more than one candidate, meaning, it's all relative. She could be conservative, but running against a right wing extremist religious nut case, she looks like a free loving hippie.

so red... which un-bought and un-paid for news sources do you rely on?

It is pretty hard to cut through the bullshit TBH. Every outlet has some sort of bias. I rely heavy on social media, including sites like Whyzzat, talk radio, and personal Youtube pages, etc, and cut though the noise with a bullshit meter.
