This is how the brain of a Libertard works.

This actually makes sense. Cars generate a lot of pollution in many forms and most people living in cities don't really need them anyway. I mean, why walk/ride for 10 minutes when you can drive a guzzling car? Imagine how much free space there would be and more peaceful it would be without cars hogging the roads. We can turn roads into walkways.

We live in an era which doesn't require big businesses to operate in big cities and can instead be located in a more transport agreeable locations. It's time to let go of the idea of the metropolis and instead embrace smaller community centres.

That sounds good and would work fine in some cities but not all cities have the public transport infrastructure to justify banning cars.
It would take massive investment in most cities to bring the infrastructure up to a level where public transport is just as convenient as cars.

I agree. That's why we should be aiming to abandon cities in favour of smaller city centres. We can design and build model towns that allow people to live and work in close proximity.
