Divorcing, are they? I guess she could go and live somewhere else in the meantime if she felt unsafe, but it looks like she is more interested in building a file to use in court when "negotiating" the settlement.
 
That's what I thought, but the "arrested for carving a pumpkin in a passive aggressive manner" just gobsmacked me. Especially -- if I read that right -- when she wasn't even there when it happened...

What did he carve? "{bleep} you bitch, I'm going to kill you!" ???

I know someone who was arrested for punching his own refrigerator (and denting it) when having an argument with his live-in girl friend. It' zero-tolerance on domestic abuse. He had to take anger management and he probably deserved that.
