Man comes back to life 45 minutes after being declared dead

Mostly likely: they goofed when they pronounced him dead. It happens. Probably a student Dr.
 
It's always been hard to tell if people are dead. Hopefully we do better today than we used to but we can't ever really know how many living people we continue to embalm, cremate, bury or recover organs from before they are actually irreversibly dead.
