The FBI search warrant states that they are looking to seize items which may be evidence regarding the crimes of conspiracy to destroy government property, interstate travel with intent to riot, and conspiracy to travel interstate with intent to riot. Those items include: Clothing and related items work during commission of offenses; paint; sticks and flags similar to those used or carried during the commission of the offenses, and material for making flags; anti-government or anarchist literature, documentation or communications related to the offenses, flares, computers or electronic storage media of any kind.

Undercover police are infiltrating Occupy groups and encouraging and enabling them to take actions that result in felony charges rather than misdemeanor charges, such as this case in Austin.

We all saw this coming, right? There were many who voted for Obama to see an end to these things, and to wars and to rampant political/financial corruption. Disappointed on all counts, so how can we be surprised that we have ended up here. It was all enabled at the price of 3000 ordinary lives - that's all it cost, and not a drop of royal blood. Tell me again, if you could get all the power you wanted by letting 3000 little people die and all you had to do was turn a blind eye on an attack you knew was coming ... wouldn't you just let it happen? Well, maybe YOU wouldn't, but that's what makes you a surf and not a ruler - no ambition.
