I think the best way to deal with Mexico would be to legalize pot. Drugs are involved in nearly 50% of our prision issues. Drugs are involved in Mexico. Legalize it and tax it. This gets rids of various costs and actually turns some profits.

You would have to legalize more than Marijuana, there is more money involved in Cocaine & Heroin smuggling
