Midterms watch, and complete Leftist panic

'memba when this whole concept was called a conspiracy theory by crazy Republicans? It's an open fact now.

Gillum, Nelson Lawyers Fight To Allow Non-Citizen's Vote To Count

Lawyers for Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum and U.S. Senate candidate Bill Nelson fought on Friday to allow a non-citizen's vote to count in the state's election races.

A transcript obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation of a Palm Beach County Canvassing Board proceeding revealed the exchange between the Democratic lawyers and the judge.

This is a significant statement.

Why is this significant? Brenda Snipes first got her job in 2003, when she was appointed by then Republican governor Jeb Bush. That was clearly a nonpartisan appointment. Jeb Bush nowadays is also a Never Trumper who backed Hillary in 2016. All that said, even he is stating the obvious here. His own legacy be damned, the fate of the country is at risk.

The Dems have stolen one seat, how many more thefts coming?

That’s All Folks: Sinema Flips Arizona Senate Seat To Democrats

Kyrsten Sinema, the “Netroots Nation lefty,” Arizonian-mocking Democrat vying against the Republican ret. Air Force Col. Martha McSally, has managed to flip retiring Sen. Jeff Flake’s seat in the United States Senate.

While initial results last week had McSally ahead and projected to win, the near weeks’ long vote counting saw Sinema gaining on the colonel and finally surpassing her.

Gee, Democrats keep "finding votes" until their favored candidate wins. This is not looking good for our Republic. The fallout of outright rigging of the election system is going to be ugly.

Soros-Funded Groups Defended Broward’s Brenda Snipes in Lawsuit Alleging Inaccurate Voter Rosters

Notably, the intervener in the case on Snipes’ behalf was the SEIU union’s United Healthcare Workers East, which was represented on the matter by lawyers from Demos and Project Vote, both of which are funded by Soros. An intervener allows a non-party to join an ongoing lawsuit.

Stuart Naifeh, senior counsel at Demos, was the lead attorney in the case.

Also representing the intervener on behalf of the litigation against Snipes were attorneys Catherine M. Flanagan and Michelle Kanter Cohen from Project Vote.

Demos says its mission is to ensure “an equal say in our democracy and an equal chance in our economy.” Soros’s Open Society Foundations is a prominent donor to Demos.

Demos has pushed for what it calls “fair redistricting” and an end to “prison gerrymandering” in the 2020 Census; in other words, counting incarcerated people in the census. At issue is whether to count incarcerated people as “residents” of prison locations. A 2014 study examining voter trends of prisoners in three states found that in each state — New York, New Mexico and North Carolina — the majority of convicts voted for Democrats.

Demos previously worked closely with the now defunct ACORN, even putting out joint reports with ACORN and Project Vote. ACORN shuttered after its workers were ensnared in a voter registration fraud scandal.

The other intervener in the Snipes case, Project Vote, is not only a grantee of Soros’s Open Society Foundations but is listed as a partner. “Another form of partnership is also of enormous importance to the Soros foundations: the relationships with grantees that over the years have developed into alliances in pursuing crucial parts of the open society agenda,” reads an Open Society Foundations report listing Project Vote as a partner.

The alliance between Project Vote and Soros’s Foundations was “for registering voters in the United States and analyzing election law.”

The corruption continues. Broward's supervised recounts were finished and showed strong NET GAINS for Republicans. But oops! sowwey!! We uploaded the results late! Honest mistake! Recount voided and old counts used, helping democrats across the board.

BREAKING: Broward County Election Recount Finished, Then Invalidated

Two main, and surprising, discoveries were made when today’s recount totals came in. First, in the three races being recalculated, as mandated by state law — US Senate, Florida Gubernatorial, and Florida Agriculture Commissioner — the totals came in nearly 2,000 votes fewer than the previous tally. Secondly, there was a significant gulf between the candidates. The drop in figures for each race is here:

U.S. Senatorial
Rick Scott: -606 votes
Bill Nelson: -1,385 votes

Florida Gubernatorial
Ron DeSantis: -621 votes
Andrew Gillum: -1,373 votes

Florida AG Commissioner
Matt Caldwell: -616 votes
Nikki Fried: -1,381 votes

The governor’s race would see little change, as DeSantis held a cushion of approximately 0.5%. For the US Senate Rick Scott leads currently by nearly 12,500 votes. The AGC race is of particular note, however, as the candidates are separated by only a few thousand votes, much of which are being contested.

But then something happened. Given that the three races were seeing net gains for the GOP candidates an announcement was made that suddenly the recount totals were not being recognized by Tallahassee. The reports were that the submission was not made in time and, as required by state election law, the prior totals would stand as official.

So how did this happen? Well, despite news reports that Broward Elections had finished well ahead of the deadline, the announcement came down that Broward had submitted their totals to Tallahassee too late — TWO MINUTES after the 3:00 pm deadline.

The claim was being made that workers had difficulty navigating the submission process. “Basically, I just worked my ass off for nothing,” said Broward elections official Joseph D’Alessandro. “We uploaded to the state two minutes late so the state has chosen not to use our machine recount results.”

D’Alessandro blamed his late submission on his unfamiliarity with the state’s submission website.

So just as the State — and to a greater extent, the nation — breathed a sigh of surprised relief that a protracted nightmare may have been averted, Brenda Snipes and her Broward County cohorts managed to snatch failure from the jaws of competency.

As usual, we will be told this is all just random human error that could not be avoided. And while the nation laughs, justifiably, a Democratic Supervisor is permitted to get away with even more failures and foibles. After all, when her malfeasance benefits her party what motivation is there to change anything?

Exclusive–Expert: Florida Democrats’ Alleged Election Fraud ‘Potentially Grounds for RICO’ Investigation

I spoke with a Republican attorney today who is quite familiar with this and connected to the inter-workings and they believe that it is not only the smoking gun, but it is potentially the grounds for a RICO case … this is not over. The first step is to get this out of the way. Let’s get the election certified and let’s get people sworn into office. But I think that this is a very real problem, ultimately whether it’s complete ignorance or an organized effort on behalf of the Florida Democratic Party to manipulate and violate the law … they sent altered forms out with the hopes that they could just get away with it because they could get some sympathetic judges who say, ‘Well, this is what the forms that these people received said so I guess we’ll have to go along with it.’ [Emphasis added]

At the end of the day, the basic argument in Florida right now is this: Should the laws that were in place on the day of the election be upheld. And the Republicans are saying yes and the Democrats are saying no.

Broward’s Brenda Snipes Searches Her Office for Over 2,000 ‘Missing’ Ballots

LAUDERHILL, Fla. — Embattled Broward Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is personally overseeing the search within her headquarters here for purportedly missing ballots to account for the 2,040-vote discrepancy in the number of votes cast in her county during the Midterm Elections.

The discrepancy came in the difference of total votes registered from the initial machine count and the results from the machine recount numbers reported earlier today.

Election workers in Snipes office told Breitbart News that Snipes and her team are scouring the office building, located inside a strip mall in Lauderhill adjacent to a Dunkin’ Donuts and Winn-Dixie grocery store. The workers spoke on condition that their names be withheld.

Democrat election fraud was most certainly not limited to FL.

Exclusive–Election Fraud Expert: California’s Ballot Harvesting Favored Democrats

Government Accountability Institute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers says California’s latest changes to state election law that allow so-called “ballot harvesting” most recently aided Democrats in the midterm elections.

In an exclusive interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight, Eggers detailed how the state of California has implemented ballot harvesting that allows political operatives to collect voters’ ballots and deliver them to polling stations.

“A lot of things that we perceive to be voter fraud … are actually legal,” Eggers said. “So California changed the law so that ballot harvesting allows for a third party … participants to collect ballots or harvest them from voters and then be able to drop them off at polling places. They just changed the law in 2016.”

SHE’S BACK: Broward County’s Brenda Snipes RESCINDS Resignation, Vows to Keep Position

Embattled Broward County Election Supervisor Brenda Snipes abruptly rescinded her official resignation over the weekend; vowing to stay in her position after a fierce backlash surrounding the 2018 midterm elections.

“The embattled Broward County Supervisor of Elections rescinded her resignation Saturday, a day after Gov. Rick Scott suspended her without pay,” writes the NY Daily News.

“After a series of inexcusable actions, it’s clear that there needs to be an immediate change in Broward County and taxpayers should no longer be burdened by paying a salary for a Supervisor of Elections who has already announced resignation,” said the governor and incoming Senator.

“We believe these actions are malicious, we believe that the allegations that are set forth in the governor’s executive order are done for the purposes of embarrassing Dr. Snipes – embarrassing her and tarnishing her record — and we will be fighting this,” said a statement from Snipe’s legal team.

“In addition to that, Dr. Snipes hereby rescinds her resignation that was set forth which would have been effective on the fourth of January,” adds her attorney.
