That's what I call getting slapped aside the head with reality that these "green" energy scams are going to cost Americans a whole bunch of money. Just ask the Spanish and how big of a disaster their green job program turned out to be.

They are free to use and pay for the use for as much electricty as they want. If they can't afford it perhaps they need to make other choices. Like getting a job so they don't spend so much time at home watching TV and then complaining they can't pay to power the TV.
