I'll believe that as soon as Janet Napolitano takes a casual stroll across the border (without bodyguards) to Nuevo Laredo, Juarez, Reynosa or Matamoros and plays tourist, has a few margaritas and eats at a nice Mexican restaurant. I'm sure she will have a lovely time later in the evening when she is kidnapped, handcuffed and blindfolded by some Mexican Police, taken to some safehouse where she is is video taped being sadistically abused, as the kidnappers wait for the $200,000 ransom delivery. Hell, if she's very lucky, she might even get released alive after the ransom is paid.
