Well, army vehicles are always good. They don't get searched at borders much.
Diplomatic pouch? Always a classic. But you know, sometimes it just seems that there is so much contraband that wants to move in and out of "troubled" places. (Coincidence?)
Perhaps you need to start shipping your contraband with disaster relief transport companies!!
(Or, vice versa, should you send your arms with the guys that also carry relief - after all, they are good at getting in and out of rough places).
Now, considering the logistics are pretty much the same, either way, it's understandable that anyone who wants stuff moved would use the same companies - but is it moral for relief agencies to use the same carriers? Hmm. Tricky question.
