Damn. Should have waited. I just bought a new pair of glasses but they don't take pictures or let me text and surf the web. I'll be choked if google releases glasses next month.

Heh, funny, but you got what I mean. Google Glass would set you back over $1000, but you could easily pick one up with all the gold you must have sold today.

Not sure if Google Glass will take off at all. At that price, probably not. The tech is kinda neat, it projects an image on your retina directly. Apparently there's nothing else quite like it. But that means it might not actually work with regular glasses. Anyway, the idea is that it gives you instant feedback on things around you without the user instructing it in anyway - although it does take commands. It'll be interesting to see how that pans out.

Yeah, that was me crashing the price - the kind of gold they're selling is the kind nobody want - the kind made of paper.

But as to the cost, that's just about what regular prescription glasses cost especially when you add in the parking ticket and getting the car out of the impound.
