Nottingham Uni terror, redux

As someone who followed with growing horror at the Nottingham University terrorism non case, I was interested to see El Reg's take on things, one of the parts that really surprised me though was just how badly worded the Terrorism Act of 2000 is (if you consider civil liberties to be important).

As one of the comments said with regards to the legislation - being ex military, the things I know could be of great use to a terrorist, so having had access to this info, I could technically, at any time be arrested under this shower...
