Obama says he plans to vito a bill that makes it easier for banks to foreclose. The problem the banks have suddenly been having is that more people have cottoned on to the fact that they cannot show that they actually own the loans they've been foreclosing on.
The banks are getting into hot water due to the fraudulent documentation they have been submitting in foreclosure hearings in cases where they could not produce the note. The bill would have made it easier to submit fraudulent evidence by simply legislating that the evidence be judged legit.
