Yes, for ALL. Including some folks who didn't really want it because they were happy with the generous publicly funded package they were already getting but whoops!.
In what looks like a poison pill gone wrong (or a bluff that was called) legislators seem to have wiped out their healthcare and will have to get theirs the same way that regular citizens do. This could be the real chink in the armour. If this is real then legislators are either going to have to weigh whether to risk the optics of debating a new special deal for themselves or whether they should instead go about improving the plan for the rest of Americans.
