A police officer has been charged with second-degree murder and another faces an involuntary manslaughter charge in the death of a mentally ill homeless man who died after a confrontation with police, California prosecutors announced Wednesday.

I have NO idea what I'm really doing, but I installed the SSL cert on whyzzat.com, generated a secret key, then set up image and link proxies.
