Twenty-five of 27 spent-fuel storage casks at a Virginia nuclear plant were shifted between 1 and 4 inches during last week's 5.8-magnitude earthquake, officials said Thursday.

I have NO idea what I'm really doing, but I installed the SSL cert on whyzzat.com, generated a secret key, then set up image and link proxies. Hopefully the site now directs to https:// properly, doesn't generate any cookie errors, and is generally a better, more secure environment... Let me know if I've broken the universe.
