OWS responds to MoveOn

The protesters themselves are having none of it, tweeting today:

We don’t want to be the democratic tea party or liberal tea party. We want to be our own movement separate of any political affiliation.

"Get the money out of politics. That is our one demand. - The 99%" The Occupy Wall Street action has tended to refer to itself as "The 99%" recently. If it is seeking to narrow and sharpen its focus, that would be a good start - if by that they refer to corporate money, to the idea that corporations are people (rather than creations and tools of the state), and to the idea that money is speech.
