Things won't change until they set up women's police forces with the same powers as the men's force and with sufficient authority to use force - well, and then there are the judges.
 
The crazy thing is Pakistan had elected a women as PM not that long ago. I think it's pockets of backwardness and there are areas even the army is scared to tread. It's a bit of a messed up nation.
 
this is their version of a War on Women.
the reThugs in America are doing it by trying to remove the rights that women have fought for for years. If they ever succeed, this sort of behavior is the next step.
