Meh. I don't work for the gov and I'm not a contractor of the gov. The document didn't say confidential, nor did the email it came in. That said, no way I'd scan and post it online

And I was joking. But, if you wanted to take the letter of the rule, employment information could fall under SBU, though, honestly, probably only in aggregate.

The amusing thing is, if that document was actually labeled as confidential, then they wouldn't have been able to give it to you. Words like "confidential" "secret" and "top secret" are actually very specific classifications to the government.
