A new Utah Law passes which commits the mother to hear the fetal heartbeat 3 weeks after conception and before an abortion.

The problem? Someone forgot to tell the fetus. Fetal heartbeats don't happen until after 6 weeks of conception.

Best part is the Republican declaring there are arguements on both side of the issue? Really? There's an arguement you can really hear the heartbeat in something without the heart?

I'd post this in politics if it wasn't so frelling stupid.
