This reminds me of westerners who get those oriental character tattoos without any idea what they mean. Perhaps some somebody was just having a laugh with some illiterate yokel who wanted "sommat pay-tree-ow-tick own mah truck".

Or maybe hid did it himself but he's just a "moran".
