Republicans determined to ruin the internet for everyone

that's because they don't want people to be free to talk. the internet is possibly the last place where free speech exists. despite all the crap on the Internet, it can be used to revolt against dictators.

they are trying to kill the middle class in WI - it may be time to string up a few politicians

Hmm. A bad precedent for once you get the right guys in and not very effective anyway. Far better to string up a few of their bosses.

Actually a better way to get rid of politicians is to get them drunk, strip them naked, drape them in frilly underwear and then duct tape them to a pole in a high foot traffic area where a lot of kids with camera phones will be passing soon. No-one dies but it's very hard to be taken seriously after that.

I'm obviously not killing anyone. :D

after last nights illegal "vote" there will be about 18 politicians recalled. and when the governors term ends it's first year, he'll go next. there's time to catch them with their pants down. and the whole state will be waiting with their cameras

I love how they frame the argument in terms that makes them look in favor of free speech and innovation. "FCC intervention and Net Neutrality is bad for free speech." You can't make this crap up.

“Right now, freedom and free expression are under attack by a power structure in Washington populated with regulators who have never set foot inside a radio station or a television studio.

“We see this threat in how the FCC is creeping further into the free market by trying to regulate the Internet.

“‘Network neutrality,’ they call it. It’s a series of regulations that empower the federal bureaucracy to regulate Internet content and viewpoint discrimination. The rules are written vaguely, of course, to allow the FCC free reign.

“The last thing we need, in my view, is the FCC serving as Internet traffic controller, and potentially running roughshod over local broadcasters who have been serving their communities with free content for decades.

That was direct word-for-word from Boehner's speech. See for yourself.

That is such a complete misunderstanding and misapplication of that legislation and Network Neutrality that I don't even know where to begin. It's absurd.

You might as well just come out and say you're against wealth redistribution just after you set in motion the worlds largest siphoning of citizens funds to the pockets of the nations largest banks...................

well, what can you expect from a religious kook?

around the comments about Net Neutrality are all that ass-kissing to a make believe boogeyman

it makes me nauseous
