Scientist says decriminalize drugs

Can't watch just now (at work) but here in the UK, scientists are routinely asked to advise the government on drugs policy and just as routinely ignored.
 
Finally got a chance to watch it. He talks a lot of sense.

Not that it will make any difference, unfortunately.
