The Scottish government Monday took aim at critics of its decision to release Lockerbie bomber Abdelbeset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi, a day after CNN found him comatose and near death.

Kicker was Mohmed refused any medicine to help his condition in order to gain a release (and BP got the oil lease from Libya) under Scotland's humane treatment guidelines. Once he was back in Libya, he received his Chemo and still alive two years later after he was on his "death bed." Now the Muslim Brotherhood won't give him back to Scotland nor the US.

The US won't turn Henry Kissinger over to the International Court of Justice either. People have a loyalty to their own crooks.
However, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that this guy was framed. It's why he was released on humanitarian grounds rather than allowing a new trial.
