Actually, I bet it's a lot of people, but one of those people was in a position to leak stuff.
We know Tony has been making out like a bandit and dealing with shady types since leaving office - let's face it, he was doing it IN office too, unless you don't think the Bush government was full of shady characters.

So, it seems that Tony was getting paid pretty good money by the Saudis.
