SSRIs are profitable but not effective

Not a big fan of SSRIs but that site you linked to is as sketchy as they come.

SSRI's have their purpose. My feeling as we oversubscribe medicines. Now that I'm more into fitness, I think that more of us need to be prescribed 1/2 hour of exercise per day. --- "During exercise, the body produces mood-boosting chemicals called norepinephrine and epinephrine, the body's natural painkillers. These neurotransmitters are chemical cousins with synthetic morphine, a popular painkiller and are responsible the phenomenon known as "runners high." The proper intensity of exercise can improve mood, increase energy, improve sleep and cognition, decrease appetite, decrease chronic pain and increase overall vitality."

Again, I do believe that exercise isn't the cure for everyone. And depression is hard because you don't want to go out and do something active. I think it's a great place for us to start.
