That seems to be the argument of the US government. More or less, their theory goes - since there are two contracts separating you, the creator from whomever is the storer, then your rights of ownership are reduced.

That's a very interesting theory indeed. I wonder if it also applies to movies which have a contract with a distributor and the distributor has a contract with the theatre ...
 
As I'm sure I've said before on this forum, the only real hurdle holding back cloud computing are legal issues.

There are people who WANT those legal issues. Those PEOPLE are holding back cloud computing - and humanity, for that matter.
