Verizon spokes person Lee Gierczynski said many of the employees in the strike are obeying the law. “The vast majority of our workforce is dedicated, hard-working and committed to doing what’s right for our customers. Unfortunately, there are few bad apples who are tarnishing the reputation of the entire union-represented workforce. ” he said “Our company is taking steps to ensure those who have engaged in illegal and reckless actions they will be dealt with appropriately. Rest assured, we will deal firmly with anyone we can identify. We fully believe those on strike have a right to legally picket and protest. Some, however, have gone to extremes.”
that's the important section of this news item

That's dirty pool. It automatically assumes that the strikers are feces throwers and was likely done with the knowledge that simple minded critics wouldn't be able to resist that interpretation.

An order NOT to do something is not the same as an order to STOP doing something.

To be listed there had to be examples presented to the court of the act(s) being preformed.

e.g.
A union official is facing criminal charges after allegedly threatening MLA Jenny Kwan, her husband and their children and throwing feces onto the family’s roof, according to court documents filed Friday.

Union Thug = feces throwing monkey

Jenny Kwan is my old MLA (and I've met her - she had an office just around the corner from my property near Commercial Drive). In fact she is still the MLA for that riding, I just happen not to be calling that my riding any more.
She is a member of the British Columbia legislature and sits for the New Democratic Party of BC. She has absolutely no relevance to the Verizon strike.

Nobody should be posting video on either facebook, youtube, or any other website of mobile picketing, or picket line activity. These videos could be used against us. Do not email or text them neither! Chris Calabrese. If you would like a video posted email it to me, and I will review it, make sure it is clean and then post.

Wonder which of the prohibited acts those videos are showing?

So far your whole argument is innuendo. I am underwhelmed.

For some reason the youtube videos of Union picketers dumping dog and cat feces on verizon trucks are now private, and so is the video showing red t-shirted picketers urinating on verizon workers vehicles as they cross the picket line, and that isn't even on the prohibited acts list.

Fluffy, here's a story about steel workers union members throwing their crap: http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...arges-after-throwing-feces-on-opponents-roof/

That's the same story that metalman posted. It is irrelevant in two respects - the reported act was a personal spat between Pollock and Kwan, not part of a union action, and it is about a United Steelworkers member in Vancouver, BC and has nothing to do with the Vorizon strike and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

I think point here is that the thread title makes it almost seem as though it's union policy to throw poop on the picket line, when in reality it certainly isn't and may not ever have happened at all.
