Team 17 controversy in 2017?

A Facebook friend posted the video below and I was bored so watched it. I don't know the whole back story and the clip doesn't do a really good job explaining the back story. What did catch my ear was the developer group involved is Team 17 of all things. You do remember them, right?

Alien Breed 3D anyone?

Anyhow, may or may not be of interest. Maybe someone here can fill in the back story?

I have NO idea what I'm really doing, but I installed the SSL cert on whyzzat.com, generated a secret key, then set up image and link proxies. Hopefully the site now directs to https:// properly, doesn't generate any cookie errors, and is generally a better, more secure environment... Let me know if I've broken the universe.
