Notice how many of the cats pictured are orange. Having an orange tabby in the house, I completely understand why this is. It's a rare day that cat doesn't do something completely outlandish. Yesterday, he ran into the bathroom and forced himself into the sink while the faucet was running. It was about 2 seconds later that he remembered he doesn't like running water. So never mind that I started the water running before he was even in the room... And the fact he literally shoved my hand out of the way to get into the sink, is completely secondary, as well. From the look on his face, you could very obviously tell that it was MY fault he was now completely soaked. 
As for sleeping, I routinely find him in the "half box" "full box" or "double bed." It's the grey one that prefers "head rush", though. And every so often you'll catch both of them doing a "bag-of-limbs couch edition."
