The mayor’s order consists of 50 Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrids, 10 battery-powered Ford Transit Connect cargo vans and 10 Navistar eStar electric utility trucks. The latter were obtained through two-year, $1 annual leases from Navistar.

It shows how unreliable the Nissan LEAF. I assume it the 2012 GM volt. From the picture and from GM website show the Volt will be the used by the New York City Police Department, a police car.

Your view is a plus side point of view. It does show how much trust and reliable Ford and GM better than Toyota Prius and Nissan LEAF in the EV market.
