Well this idiot just amazes me: Rick Perry: Americans have no right to freedom from religion

During an announcement of the signing of the so-called “Merry Christmas Bill,” Texas Gov. Rick Perry and state Senator Robert Nichols (R-Jacksonville) said Thursday that freedom from religion was not included in the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

its kinda messed up... they want peoples respect... and yet... the asshat seems to fit so well they just cant take it off... next thing you know i wont be able to protest the supreme court... er... uhm... i mean.. nothing to see here people... mooooove along....
