What would happen if a Democrat Representative called a Republican President a liar? Well let's flash back to 2007 when the event occurred. Stark called Bush a liar. What was the result?

Pelosi rebuked Stark's rant as inappropriate.
"Yesterday’s debate in the House to override the President’s veto of bipartisan legislation to cover 10 million children was heated on both sides. While Members of Congress are passionate about their views, what Congressman Stark said during the debate was inappropriate and distracted from the seriousness of the subject at hand – providing health care for America’s children."

The result? An apology from Democrat Stark...
"I want to apologize to my colleagues, many of whom I have offended," Stark began. He then apologized to "the president and his family" and "the troops."

"I hope that with this apology, I return to being as insignificant as I should be," he concluded through a voice cracking with emotion.

Anyone thinking that the Dems are unfairly targeting Joe Wilson's lie would be mistaken. When this occurred within the ranks of the minority Dems they too stood and took action.

President Obama has himself been accusing his opponents of disinformation and lying about his health care plan—even as his own accounts of how many are currently uninsured, the status of illegal aliens under his plan, or the nature of his "end of life counseling" programs seem to change weekly.

Unless I missed something, everyone has distanced temselves from Joe Wilson and condemned his outburst at the joint session of congress. That was *NOT* the time or place, shameful.
