Thesis:
The American elite don't actually produce anything. They make their living from leveraging ownership and skimming money from that which flows through their financial service houses.
They don't need Americans to produce anything because it can all be produced overseas anyway.
The elites prefer to hire cheaper labour with less rights and so either wish to export jobs to those people or import those people.
The American middle class is hooped.
