Transparency in Secret - oh, the irony.

Apparently Obama was recently given a transparency award but he was given it in a secret meeting or at least, a meeting with no press and it didn't appear on his schedule so while it might be claimed that it wasn't actually a secret because ... obviously some people seem to have known about it ... the government didn't exactly try to tell anyone about it. If a tree falls in the forest but the press isn't there, how would you know.
