It is now 3 elderly women who have come forward.

Three South Florida women, all elderly and with medical problems, say Transportation Security Administration officers made them take off their clothes during the screening process at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport last week.

All three, one with a defibrillator, one with a colostomy bag and the other with diabetes, say they were forced to disrobe in a private room at the same terminal.

"This was outrageous," Lenore Zimmerman, 84, who winters in the Wynmoor Village condominium complex in Coconut Creek, said on Monday. "For some reason, they decided I look like a terrorist."

Another month, another TSA abuse story.

This is what happens when you hire the lowest common denominator to do what should be a highly trained, specialist task.

At some point these abuses are going to reach the point where people start avoiding the US as a tourist destination, if it hasn't already.

Even worse, this creates a bigger backlash than a lone crazed gunman. Sooner or later a militia-like group will try a coup and will have at least partial support of the public. The constitution allows such actions against the government. Things are going to get very, very bloody. The question is not if, but when?

And Americans start refusing to utilize domestic air travel, as well. I know I'm not going to fly anywhere I don't absolutely have to. And I used to love to fly. But it's just not worth the hassle, anymore.

American Airlines just went under.... Coincidence?

Actually as far as backlash goes, I think that ilwrath has the right of it - it won't be so much the militias or people taking up arms I think, but simply refusing to use the airports. It's every bit as effective and has the added bonus of not requiring much effort on the part of the protester.

In England (as opposed to Scotland or Wales where they have their own judiciaries) there is a growing feeling amongst the general populous that when they become the victim of a crime the only reason to call the police is for a crime reference number for the insurance. As far as justice goes they know that it's a waste of time due to the courts being so watered down it isn't even funny. .
