Actually I'm glad he did say it for the same reason I'm glad the teahadists have done in the past: It shows them up for what they really are.

shows how stupid he is. people HATE the congress for this debacle. Because THEY did it. all those morons who whined that the President "didn't have a plan" missed the friggin' point that according to the Constitution it's the Congress who are supposed to handle "all legislative powers", financial and budgetary issues. It's THEIR job to come up with plans.
every time I heard some moron in congress complain about someone else not having a plan I thought this person deserves to lose his job because he obviously doesn't know what it is.
