Seems the Federal Government is being fairly consistent with ensuring States don't pre-empt Federal Authority. We saw similar action in Arizona for their immigration law. We see the activity of medicinal pot in California. Simply State activity cannot trump Federal Activity. If the Federal Activity should be a State only ownership then the States need to start suing the Federal Government for overstepping their boundaries.
