What I don't get is the Tea Party was handed a massive set back. Shouldn't the Progressives be happy that they screwed Americans out of another $7T by borrowing it? Or were the Progressives really counting on screwing the Americans out of $9T and not a measly little $7T? Let me guess, $7T in new borrowing screws up their time table of when the US economy implodes?
