kind of funny... guys with no priors are being recruited to drive drugs. oddly they get caught in a variety of states with just the right amount of that states tax stamps to turn their crime into a deportation issue instead of a host of other crimes. and fully loaded semis of cocaine pass through unfettered... all wars are a racket...
