Hey it looks perfectly safe to me, and you get the side benefit of getting your fish fillet very fresh. Of course you will have to sort out the occasional Dolphin tail or turtle head for the folks that don't find them tasty. Another bright spot is that Canadians won't have to club baby seals anymore.

Now that I think about it, maybe Vancouver has already got one in operation.
