Reason: War on Cameras

"there is also a clear double standard when it comes to the consequences of misunderstanding what the law requires. Citizens who do not know about wiretapping laws face arrest, felony charges, and jail time. Police and prosecutors who wrongly threaten, detain, arrest, and charge people based on a misinterpretation of these laws are rarely disciplined, much less subjected to civil liability or criminal charges. Police are protected by qualified immunity, which makes it difficult to win damages for an unlawful arrest. Prosecutors are protected by absolute immunity, which makes it nearly impossible."

You know there seem to be an awful lot of camera failures. They fail all over the place when the G20 comes to town (except where the black block are), they fail in bombings and in airports. One has to wonder if these cameras really work at all or whether dummy cameras were installed and the budget was blown on strippers andPhotography is not a crime blog. Did you mention it before?

Those localized EMF pulses cause a lot of camera failures

I linked to a story from "Photography is not a crime" a couple months ago
