Well, it looks like vote fraud DOES exists

So without using Voter-ID the guy was caught. No, the horror! The current system is built to catch these sorts of events. When it comes to voting there's a lower % of fraud then America Express experiences. Part of it is design and the other part is attractiveness of the target.
Seems to be that this right-winger decided to commit multiple felonies in an attempt to try to prove how easy it was to commit felonies and thereby try to convince us the sky is falling and Voter-ID are a necessity. Turns out he did the opposite and showed how this sort of use is indeed catchable, and convictable, under a non-VoterID system. Though, I'm sure we'll hear his brothers cry how Voter-ID must be implemented.
Truth is Voter-ID is costly and frustrates legal voters who then turn away from participation. The result is a less accurate assessment of the will of the people because those who didn't vote don't get their voices counted in the final totals.
