I watched the 8 part YouTube interview linked from the site above and all I can think is that these people really are sad, sick, pathetic throw-backs.

I just want to know who in the hell is funding such a God-foresaken group?

Actually I think it may just be a matter of time, especially making the stupid move to protest something like this. This public memorial will likely end up having a huge, huge crowd. This isn't some small poor military family, this is a service that will be drawing people from around the world. It will only take a small group of people or possibly even a single person. These idiots are playing Russian roulette, one of these days the gun will be loaded.

OTOH Ronnie James Dio's widow is publicly pleading for people to turn the other cheek to these assholes...
 
That "patroit' group - the bikers - will be there and they will prevent the family from even seeing those nuts.

i am not a violent person, but if something Happened to that crazy group I wouldn't cry. More likely I would laugh.
 
Don't get me wrong...

I think the entire family desperately needs intense psychological help. Unfortunately for us, the heads of that group happen to be lawyers, and they happen to be rich (which amazes me) so unless someone makes martyrs of them all, they'll keep going until the last one dies of old age.

Also unfortunate is the fact that such weirdo fringes seem to attract followers at an ever-increasing rate. (Jim Jones anyone?)...

Honestly, if I were to try to do something to counteract such brainless stupidity, I would probably set up a group to picket and boycott the family's residences 24/7 and as loudly as possible.

The only way to stop them however is financially. Use the existing violations of law to disbar the leaders, then call in Family Services to protect (if not remove) the children, just like you would with any cult.

Unlike most cults however, this is what you get when you combine legal educated zealots with whacko cult-like beliefs.
