I think they're good. Especially the last one 'statistics'. What is a p value? My personal take is statistics is on the verge of major upheavel as Basesian Probability may be more useful as it's based more on logic and prior evidence than the 'p value' which is based on frequency. Of course such a paradigm shift would have incredible implications for the world. Especially for those w/o a mathematical background.
The one I might ad is the scientific method itself and how that works. There are far too many people I run into that don't understand evidence and deduction.
