Have you guys read the actual quote from the ambassador?
The question referred to a computer that Lukens had set up for Clinton in a room adjacent to her office in the State Department. In order to use this computer to deal with (what was presumed to be) private correspondence, she did not have to enter a password to log into the computer.
Neither the State Department building nor the office nor the computer were openly accessible to the public. In the cited quotes, the ambassador does not refer to the email account itself nor any related passwords.
The article is a badly written hit job that is frankly quite unhelpful. The other articles found on the homepage appear to be of similarly questionable "quality".
